Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Make technical direction and architectural decisions for the platform
• Combine software development with ML Ops practices
• Build, ship, and support mission-critical services across the full data stack
• Leverage LLMs and AI tooling as a core part of the design, build, ship, and debug workflow
• Operate agentic systems that turn frontier-model capability into mission outcomes

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with meaningful time at Senior level or above
• Proficiency with AWS and Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django)
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (React, Next.js)
• Experience handling and securing large-scale production data
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to maintain/upgrade security clearances
• Experience using AI coding tools and prompt engineering daily

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government or national security environments
• Vector store deployment at enterprise scale
• Infrastructure management (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, On-Premise)
• Expertise in encryption, authentication, DevOps, or SRE
• Production experience launching agentic services leveraging LLMs, embeddings, and inference
