Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new financial concepts within the product vision as part of a multi-functional team
• Enhance the performance and capabilities of the core Addepar calculations engine, analyzing millions of transactions and securities daily
• Create innovative and impactful features to provide users with expanded data insights
• Collaborate on architecture designs, product features, and code reviews
• Own software features from inception through delivery

Requirements

• Extensive professional backend software engineering experience
• Experience with server-side languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server)
• Ability to complete complex projects involving partners across multiple teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with high-traffic distributed systems
