Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data quality frameworks and validation systems that process financial data at enterprise scale
• Own services end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and operational support
• Build tools and interfaces that enable operations teams to efficiently identify, investigate, and resolve data issues
• Design and deploy resilient, scalable cloud-native infrastructure on AWS using Terraform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and operations stakeholders
• Work with modern data processing technologies like pySpark and Databricks to build, validate, and monitor data pipelines

Requirements

• Extensive professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or a similar object-oriented language
• Experience with SQL and database systems (both relational like MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL like DynamoDB)
• Proven experience building and operating distributed systems and processing data at scale
• Experience writing Infrastructure as Code and deploying cloud-native infrastructure on AWS
