Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution to ship reliable, scalable software
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and solve real problems
• Champion rigorous testing, code quality, and pragmatic trade-offs
• Set new standards, mentor teammates, and help scale team processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience in relevant technologies
• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams
• Strong hands-on technical skills in Python, TypeScript, React, AWS, or DevOps
• Ownership mindset with comfort in ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas simply
