Senior Software Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Attract, retain, and inspire top engineering talent through meaningful mentorship and career guidance
• Drive engineering culture by championing best practices and fostering a dynamic environment for creative risk-taking
• Own end-to-end impact by guiding innovative design, driving development excellence, and ensuring operational stability in production
• Partner with product and architecture leaders to shape technical and organizational roadmaps
• Collaborate with diverse, global teams across different time zones to deliver high-scale software solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of people management experience within an Agile environment
• Proven track record leading multiple teams or large cross-functional teams in a design, build, and operate capacity
• Experience driving technical and organizational strategy and partnering with product leadership
• Ability to mentor senior engineers and other managers to promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the empathy required to align teams around shared objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling engineering organizations and maturing processes during company expansion
• Experience leading teams that deliver large-scale, high-traffic, or mission-critical systems
• Proficiency with modern distributed system architectures and cloud technologies
• Experience leading initiatives related to technical excellence, operational maturity, or incident response
