Senior Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and architect core backend platforms as part of a globally distributed team
• Create architecture documents, functional specifications, design documents, and developer test plans
• Coordinate end-to-end development, deployment, and testing of new features
• Write reliable, secure, performant, and scalable code
• Perform code reviews and analysis
• Monitor platform performance and participate in on-call rotations
• Work with customer support to address technical issues
• Integrate new technologies into back-end cloud infrastructure

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with queues and distributed systems (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or SQS)
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vue.js
• Experience with Go (Golang)
• Exposure to automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Airflow, or Temporal
• Experience building API integrations and connectors
• Basic Linux and server administration skills (nginx, SSL, secrets management)
