Senior Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust, scalable systems for secure enterprise onboarding and user management
• Design and implement credit assessment workflows that integrate with financial data providers
• Build secure payment processing systems with proper compliance controls
• Develop asset tracking and lifecycle management features
• Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Establish engineering best practices, development standards, and quality controls

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong experience with financial technology (credit systems, payment processing, or lending)
• Expertise in secure authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Proficiency in building scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with India Stack (AA, Aadhaar, DigiLocker, eKYC, eSign)
• Experience with Account Aggregator framework and OCEN
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js
• Experience with React or React-Native
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of API design and microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, equipment financing, or asset management systems
• Knowledge of accounting principles related to leasing and asset depreciation
• Familiarity with RBI and NPCI guidelines
• Experience with GST integration and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of TDS/TCS considerations for leasing platforms
• Experience with NBFC/lending compliance in India
