Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Compliance)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive compliance quality initiatives across backend and frontend systems
• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks focused on compliance validation
• Define, evolve, and execute the next generation Compliance Test Strategy
• Perform white-box testing to validate regulatory, security, and data-governance requirements
• Embed shift-left testing practices within the SDLC
• Validate compliance behavior across Cloud (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and Windows environments
• Mentor other SDETs and act as a quality leader and compliance advocate

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in C# and Python
• Proven experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with compliance testing (data retention, auditability, regulatory validation)
• Strong background in white-box testing of APIs, services, and system internals
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern testing tools
• 5+ years of experience in QA or SDET roles
• 2+ years in a senior or lead role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
