About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend microservices for a next-generation digital health platform
- Manage the full software delivery life-cycle, including requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Build services for data integration, search/retrieve APIs (GraphQL), data anonymization, and big data analysis
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing software to ensure platform stability
- Document technical processes and system architectures following Agile methodologies
Requirements
- Strong coding and complex problem-solving skills
- Experience designing and implementing complex software systems
- Proficiency with Git version control and associated workflows
- Experience working in a Linux-based OS and command line environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience with Golang
- Proficiency in other languages such as Python, Java, C#, C, or C++
- Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
- Experience working within highly regulated industries
- Ability to work productively across multiple project teams simultaneously
