About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-quality applications to enhance the ITSM platform (ServiceNow)
- Take ownership of end-to-end solutions from requirements and design through implementation, testing, and support
- Develop full-stack JavaScript solutions across backend, frontend, and API layers
- Work closely with ServiceNow administrators, engineers, and business stakeholders within a cybersecurity-focused Managed Services environment
