Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders and analytics partners to support automation delivery end-to-end
• Contribute to the operational automation strategy and define metrics
• Partner with technology teams to create or enable infrastructure for traditional and low-code automation
• Select appropriate automation approaches such as RPA, workflow automation, or AI-assisted triage
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring
• Coach and mentor junior team members on automation tools and delivery practices
• Maintain documentation discipline to support governance and audit readiness

Requirements

• Five years of experience delivering production-grade software as a full stack engineer
• Experience building backend services using Python or Java
• Experience building modern web applications using React, Angular, or Vue
• Experience deploying applications on AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience delivering AI-enabled features using LLMs, NLP, or machine learning services
• Experience using a Git-based workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
• Experience with LLM orchestration patterns, RAG, and vector search
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (.NET/C#) or Power Platform
• Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA)
• Experience building and maintaining unit and integration test suites
