Senior Software Developer, Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Own the admin portal front-end codebase using React and TypeScript
• Mentor and collaborate with intermediate developers
• Build and maintain full-stack features from React UI to Python backend services
• Shape the client reporting experience by integrating data visualizations
• Participate in DevOps activities including CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure management
• Drive technical quality and architectural decisions
• Partner with product and design teams to shape features

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Back-end experience in Python and REST APIs
• Product-minded approach with a focus on user experience
• Interest in DevOps and production operations
• Ability to work autonomously in a senior capacity
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS (EKS, S3, SQS)
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CircleCI, Datadog, or LaunchDarkly
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries or embedding tools
