Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop backend solutions using Java (version 21)
• Design and implement efficient, scalable business logic
• Develop and maintain desktop applications using Java Swing
• Analyze, identify, and resolve bugs in existing systems
• Optimize database queries and structures using advanced SQL
• Participate in informed technical decision-making
• Apply development best practices and methodologies

Requirements

• Advanced experience in Java backend development
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, optimization, and data modeling
• Proven experience in debugging and code analysis
• Strong logical reasoning and structured problem-solving abilities
• Ability to make technical decisions based on analysis and evidence

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate experience working in Linux environments
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to development (e.g., copilots, code assistants, automation)
• Previous experience maintaining legacy systems
