Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support desktop and cloud-based software solutions for the Global Projects business
• Participate in the full application development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical experts, and product owners in an agile environment
• Implement scalable software architecture and modern application features following industry best practices
• Perform unit, integration, and automation testing to ensure software quality
• Analyze, debug, and review application source code to maintain high coding standards
• Monitor application and system health within CI/CD pipelines
• Develop technical documentation and design documents for software and database structures

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with a GPA of 7 and above
• Minimum of 8 years of software development experience
• Expertise in the Microsoft tool chain, specifically C#, .NET, WPF, WCF/Web API, MS-SQL, and Entity Framework
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of design patterns, unit testing, and testable code
• Experience with UI patterns such as MVVM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Upstream oil and gas industry
• Proficiency in web technologies including Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5
