Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake, AWS Lambda, and Node.js
• Build, enhance, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data integration across financial systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot business intelligence applications, frameworks, and reports to ensure data reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement dashboards and reporting solutions
• Analyze and cleanse large datasets to ensure accuracy, quality, and reconciliation to original sources
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for data pipelines and ETL processes
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and analysts

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years with a Master's, or 3+ years with a PhD
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning
• Advanced skills in Node.js and Python
• Extensive experience with REST API development
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and ensure data quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau
• Background in financial or accounting analytics, reporting, or regulatory environments
• Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
• Knowledge of cloud-based data architectures and high-performance data concepts
