Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex features across desktop applications, components, and cloud services
• Own major components from initial design through to delivery
• Collaborate with product owners, experience designers, and management to implement proposed designs
• Prototype and maintain production-grade software and components
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system stability
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to elevate team technical proficiency
• Integrate AI technologies and trends into products and workflows to create customer value
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or an equivalent field
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale software development
• Proficiency in C++ and extensive experience with Visual Studio toolsets
• Demonstrated expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD)
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and system analysis
• Proven ability to work within scaled Scrum teams and collaborate across groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
• Experience with C#, .NET, or Python
• Background or education in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
• Familiarity with computational geometry
• Experience with cloud services, web technologies, and databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
• Practical experience with AI technologies, frameworks, or platforms
