Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance system features using established architecture and design patterns
• Review software requirements and recommend technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues
• Analyze, validate, and test code against defined requirements
• Design and implement deployment strategies for secure network environments
• Configure and optimize Azure DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to system architecture improvements and scalability planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Framework
• Proficiency in Angular for front-end development
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Ability to hold or obtain Secret (Level II) Canadian Federal Government Security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging technologies
• Familiarity with SignalR for real-time communication
• Exposure to Solr search platforms
• Experience working within government or defence environments
• Experience maintaining server operating systems
