About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional social work knowledge and expertise to support the team
- Lead service and staff development by identifying improvements and implementing action plans
- Encourage positive practice through reflective supervision and professional guidance
- Support Social Work students and apprentices within the team
- Provide formal and informal supervision to qualified and unqualified staff
- Ensure team performance and practice quality meet excellent standards
- Deliver strengths-based, person-centred practice with adults, families, and carers
Requirements
- Recognised Social Work qualification
- Completed ASYE
- Active Social Work England registration
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
