Senior Social Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social brand, content, and campaign strategies
• Foster collaborative relationships with strategy, data, insights, and creative teams
• Steer clients through social strategies and proactively uncover new opportunities
• Identify and leverage cultural and social insights to inform strategic recommendations
• Present strategic recommendations to senior clients and internal teams
• Maintain a native understanding of social platforms including LinkedIn and TikTok
• Act as a brand guardian to ensure social presence aligns with brand identity

Requirements

• Proven experience in a social strategy role within an advertising/marketing agency or client team
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
• Experience with major or high-value brands is highly beneficial

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a related sector
• Ability to translate complex social data and insights into actionable recommendations
• A university degree
