Senior Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, platform-native content including short-form video, graphics, copy, and carousels
• Drive cross-functional content strategy by partnering with demand generation, product marketing, and threat intelligence teams
• Engage with customers, partners, and security influencers across social channels
• Experiment with new social media tactics and platform offerings to grow audience engagement
• Establish performance indicators and report on campaign analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital media
• Proven track record as a hands-on content creator (shooting, editing, and writing)
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and TikTok algorithms
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Sprinklr, Khoros) and AI applications
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills
