Senior Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day publishing across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and emerging platforms
• Schedule, publish, and quality-check content for proper formatting and platform optimization
• Engage with fan communities in brand voice through comments and conversation management
• Support development and maintenance of editorial calendars for entertainment clients
• Partner with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Account teams to ensure content delivery
• Draft platform-specific copy, captions, and community responses
• Monitor audience conversations, entertainment news, and fandom trends
• Track campaign performance and contribute to monthly reporting and strategic recommendations
• Serve as the day-to-day social lead across assigned accounts

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in social media, community management, or entertainment marketing
• Experience managing social channels for entertainment streaming or theatrical campaigns
• Strong understanding of social platform best practices and emerging trends
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Experience managing editorial calendars and publishing workflows
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
