About the role
Responsibilities
- Steer clients through social activation and build high-trust relationships
- Proactively uncover new opportunities for brand social execution
- Foster collaborative relationships with strategy, data, and creative teams
- Manage the pipeline of social content including UGC and influencers
- Present proposals, status updates, and performance reporting to senior clients
- Guide clients using a native understanding of platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistent social presence
Requirements
- Proven track record managing social media for major brands
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Experience in an agency environment is beneficial
- Degree or equivalent experience
