Senior Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the brand presence across X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute a weekly content calendar optimized for each platform
• Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage of demos, the team, and robots in action
• Identify and drive influencer and creator partnerships within the robotics and AI space
• Write punchy, engaging copy for social posts, captions, and micro-stories
• Maintain and update website content and digital media assets
• Track performance metrics to iterate quickly on content strategy

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or creative roles
• Deep familiarity with X, TikTok, and Instagram trends and formats
• Strong video shooting and editing skills using Premiere, CapCut, or FCP
• Exceptional copywriting skills with an understanding of pacing and narrative hooks
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment
• Ability to manage multiple content threads and channels simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Genuine curiosity and interest in robotics, AI, or hard-tech storytelling
