Senior Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a Mexico-specific social media strategy across all Ninja verticals
• Own the full Ninja Mexico social media budget, including influencer fees and content production
• Build and manage the creator ecosystem, including macro and micro-influencers
• Lead TikTok Shop Mexico strategy and social commerce activations
• Oversee organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Manage agency partners for social, influencer, and creative production
• Collaborate with global and LATAM teams to integrate local insights into broader strategy
• Monitor emerging trends and platform shifts to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital brand strategy
• Proven track record of managing significant social media budgets with commercial accountability
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican creator and influencer ecosystem
• Native TikTok fluency and deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube Shorts
• Hands-on experience with social commerce and TikTok Shop
• Proficiency with analytical tools like Sprout Social, CreatorIQ, or Google Analytics
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish (native) and English (business fluent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CPG or consumer electronics industries
• Food and culinary content fluency
• Familiarity with MercadoLibre's content and affiliate ecosystem
• Proficiency in Portuguese
