Senior Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end social media strategies for multiple game titles across platforms including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Reddit.
• Lead creative strategy for high-impact campaigns, including trailers, character reveals, and live-ops moments.
• Manage a network of regional and global social media agencies, guiding their strategy, output, and performance.
• Partner with Publishing, Brand, Community, and Creative teams to align social strategy with major franchise milestones.
• Produce innovative, platform-native content that reflects gaming culture and resonates with core players.
• Maintain global editorial calendars to ensure consistent cadence and coordination across all properties.
• Own reporting and KPI tracking using tools like Sprinklr and native platform analytics to drive actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of social media experience within the gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital brand sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading social strategy and executing large-scale programs with minimal oversight.
• Proven experience managing multiple agencies, content studios, and cross-functional partners.
• Deep understanding of gaming culture, player communities, and social platform ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Sprinklr or native platform analytics.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for multiple game properties or live-service titles.
• Track record of delivering first-to-market, culturally relevant social activations.
• Experience working closely with game developers, publishing teams, or esports organizations.
