Responsibilities

• Define and execute global social media strategy across X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Translate complex crypto and fintech concepts into compelling, platform-native content
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global social media team and manage external agencies
• Establish workflows, content brief processes, and approval protocols
• Build and own the content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
• Oversee influencer strategy and production agency relationships
• Own social media OKRs including follower growth, engagement, and user acquisition
• Use Sprinklr and native analytics for performance reviews and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, strategy, legal, and compliance teams

Requirements

• 4–8 years of social media experience
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team
• Proven track record of growing social accounts at scale (1M+ followers preferred)
• Experience with Sprinklr or equivalent enterprise social media management platforms
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage agencies
• AI-native mindset for content and research
• Exceptional written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end influencer programs
• Background in executive communications for C-suite spokespeople
• Experience with global rebranding efforts
• Deep knowledge of crypto, Web3, or fintech
• Fluency in Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese
