Senior Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Own B2B social media management for the APAC region across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, X, and YouTube
• Develop engaging content marketing strategies, including copy, carousels, and short-form video briefs
• Plan and execute integrated social media campaigns aligned with awareness and demand generation objectives
• Track performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, and CTR to provide actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to build repeatable playbooks and best practices
• Manage stakeholders across regional marketing, brand, and sales teams to deliver high-quality outputs
• Support community management and social listening to maintain a consistent brand voice

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B social media management and campaign execution
• Strong content marketing and editorial skills with the ability to shape complex narratives
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize social media performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a regional matrix environment
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and timelines in an agency-style workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin to support copy adaptation and collaborate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
