Responsibilities

• Lead content ideation and development of content plans
• Oversee the creation and finalization of monthly editorial calendars
• Develop and manage content lineups including titles, formats, and captions
• Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms
• Manage community interactions and ensure a positive online presence
• Create and analyze monthly social media performance reports
• Maintain trackers for monthly deliverables and day-to-day tasks
• Stay updated with social media trends, especially on emerging platforms like TikTok
• Assist the video production team with shoot setups, styling, and props

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 3-5 years of agency experience in social media management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Advanced proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools
• Experience in performance reporting, data extraction, and analysis
• Familiarity with basic video production and editing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to the Moroccan market
