Responsibilities

• Lead content ideation and development of content plans, collaborating with the Social Media Manager
• Oversee the creation and finalization of monthly editorial calendars
• Develop and manage content lineups, detailing titles, formats, captions, and publication dates
• Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms
• Manage community interactions and ensure a positive online presence
• Create and analyze monthly social media performance reports
• Maintain trackers for monthly deliverables and manage day-to-day tasks
• Stay updated with social media trends, especially on emerging platforms like TikTok
• Assist the video production team with shoot setups, styling, and props

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 3-5 years of agency experience in social media management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools
• Experience in performance reporting, data extraction, and analysis
• Familiarity with basic video production and editing
