Senior Social Designer

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content across static assets, motion graphics, and short-form video design
• Ensure all design work is platform-optimised for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other channels
• Create and maintain templates, layout systems, and modular design assets for scalable production
• Adapt visual content for different markets to ensure cultural relevance and formatting accuracy
• Use performance data and engagement signals to inform and refine design decisions
• Manage project-level production budgets, including cost estimation and supplier negotiation
• Partner with Content Creators, Strategists, and Social Media Managers to align work with strategy

Requirements

• Strong design capability across static and motion formats with a social-first portfolio
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CapCut, Canva, or Figma
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and modular asset libraries
• Background in high-volume, always-on content environments (agency or in-house)
• Experience with Gen AI tools for ideation, asset generation, and workflow optimisation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time pressure
• Experience managing production budgets and negotiating with freelancers

Preferred Qualifications

• FMCG industry background
• Experience designing for creator or influencer-led content
• Experience working across multiple markets or languages
• Familiarity with paid social design requirements like safe zones and format variants
