Senior Social Charges Audit Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio from mission opening to final payment by auditing social contributions and calculating potential savings
• Implement optimization recommendations to generate HR cost savings, including preparing reimbursement requests for relevant agencies
• Establish and present detailed audit reports to clients and support them during administrative inspections
• Advise clients on payroll security and post-audit follow-up
• Contribute to business development by presenting service offerings and adapting proposals to specific client needs

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Law
• Over 5 years of expertise in social charges auditing within both private and public sectors
• Strong understanding of corporate organization and economic constraints
• High proficiency in Excel and a strong affinity for numerical data
• Knowledge of DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative) and payroll expertise is a significant plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a client-oriented approach
• Organized, rigorous, and capable of working effectively in a project-based environment
