Senior Site Reliability & Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of direct-report maintenance managers to drive high performance and accountability.
• Navigate and maintain stable employee relations within a unionised manufacturing environment.
• Drive a culture of high asset reliability to maximize engineering uptime and minimize manufacturing interruptions.
• Lead the site’s comprehensive Asset Maintenance program and engineering capabilities.
• Develop and execute multi-year engineering roadmaps and annual operating plans.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement (SQCDSE) goals.
• Embed Progressive Maintenance (PM) principles and champion Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) and predictive analytics.

Requirements

• Experience managing, coaching, and developing direct-report managers in a manufacturing or CPG setting.
• Demonstrated success operating within unionised work environments.
• Deep knowledge of industrial maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale manufacturing budgets and engineering projects.
• Proficiency with Asset Management tools, specifically the SAP PM module.
• Expertise in Progressive Maintenance (PM) and spare parts optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Time-served engineer by trade.
• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or a related technical field).
