Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Instrument services end-to-end using OpenTelemetry metrics and structured logging
• Develop and maintain SRE standards, patterns, and service templates
• Build internal tooling and automation in Python, Bash, and Terraform
• Design and maintain actionable dashboards in Grafana
• Tune alerting rules to maximize signal-to-noise ratio and tie to SLOs
• Own reliability incident response end-to-end including detection, triage, and resolution
• Run blameless postmortems and track remediation follow-through
• Define meaningful SLOs grounded in critical user journeys
• Eliminate alert fatigue through regular auditing and deprecation

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time experience in an SRE or similar role
• 3+ years of experience working in AWS with EKS, GitHub (GHA), and CI/CD
• Strong hands-on experience with Git, Python, and Bash
• Experience establishing SRE practices like SLO definitions and postmortem culture
• Experience with Prometheus-based monitoring and Grafana dashboards
• Demonstrated experience managing incidents and service outages
• Experience integrating AI with SRE efforts to improve reliability and velocity
