Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and improve production reliability, cloud infrastructure operations, and deployment processes
• Manage Kubernetes environments and infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Lead production incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
• Manage secure access control, IAM, and permission practices
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python or Bash
• Optimize cloud usage, infrastructure performance, and operational costs

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong experience with Kubernetes environments (GKE, EKS, etc.)
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with Python scripting or automation
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
• Strong understanding of incident management and release operations
• Proficiency in English
• Must be a Thai citizen
