Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Security

Responsibilities

• Design and operate observability layers for AI platforms, including audit trails, tool-call logs, and runtime visibility
• Build automated findings-to-fix loops for AI and cloud platforms using CSPM tooling
• Implement reliability and hardening controls for internal AI systems, including alerting, health checks, and rate limiting
• Codify detections, policies, and operational checks as code to reduce toil
• Review platform and AI-application changes for reliability, secrets management, and production readiness
• Own AI-platform-specific operational readiness and partner with central IT/SOC teams for incident workflows
• Improve production readiness through automation and repeatable playbooks

Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, production engineering, platform operations, or security automation
• Strong coding ability, specifically with Python
• Experience working with APIs, log pipelines, and automation workflows
• Experience building observability and alerting systems in AWS or similar cloud environments
• Ability to manage incident handling, rollbacks, and SLA/SLO discussions
• Interest in AI systems, agent runtimes, and MCP-style integration risks

Preferred Qualifications

• Software engineering background including code review and testing habits
• Experience with AI agent runtimes or prompt/tool telemetry
• Experience with privacy-aware telemetry or compliance-oriented logging
• Knowledge of tools like Wiz, CrowdStrike, Orca, or GuardDuty
