Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and own production infrastructure and CICD pipelines using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Review infrastructure change requests and triage high-risk security and privacy issues
• Build monitoring systems to dynamically assess infrastructure health
• Improve data repository posture including engine upgrades and zero-downtime migrations
• Partner with product teams to balance feature delivery with reliability constraints
• Establish and maintain error budgets for core services
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the SRE team
• Write runbooks and coordinate gamedays
• Lead incident response by driving fast mitigation and structured decision-making

Requirements

• Experience as an SRE working with AWS, Kubernetes, Datadog, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
• Experience owning observability initiatives including logging pipelines and monitoring strategies
• Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience managing databases such as Aurora RDS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and ElastiCache
• Strong security and operations mindset with readiness for on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• Fintech or regulatory experience (SOC2 or PCI)
• Experience driving large reliability initiatives across a company
• Experience working in early-stage startups through periods of scale
