Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own uptime, performance, scalability, and resilience of production web platforms and infrastructure
• Define and improve SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and disaster recovery practices
• Lead optimization across application, infrastructure, database, caching, and CDN layers
• Implement AI-assisted workflows for log analysis, incident investigation, and runbook creation
• Automate repetitive operations via IaC, scripts, and AI-assisted tooling
• Design actionable monitoring dashboards and lead incident response and postmortems
• Manage production security posture including WAF, vulnerability management, and threat detection
• Design and operate hosting environments using tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Partner with developers to embed reliability and security into the SDLC

Requirements

• 6+ years in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, Platform, or Security Engineering
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go
• Strong Linux server administration skills
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and production traffic flows
• Expertise in CI/CD, deployment automation, and release management
• Hands-on experience with Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus
• Practical use of AI for debugging, documentation, and workflow automation
• Experience with Cloudflare, edge caching, WAF, and CDN optimization
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues using logs, metrics, and traces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating high-traffic web platforms, SaaS, or e-commerce environments
• Certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, Linux, Kubernetes, or security
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
