Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own operational stability and performance of Juul's hybrid cloud infrastructure (Nutanix, AWS/GCP)
• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale Nutanix AHV clusters and Prism Central
• Architect and deploy highly available multi-cloud solutions across AWS and GCP
• Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and REST APIs
• Lead L3 troubleshooting and act as final escalation point for critical incidents
• Implement disaster recovery, backup, and cross-region replication strategies
• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments with OS hardening and patch management
• Manage GitHub organization settings, repository access, and Actions workflows
• Optimize cloud costs through reserved instances, rightsizing, and lifecycle management

Requirements

• 8-12+ years infrastructure experience
• 8+ years Nutanix HCI and enterprise cloud AWS/GCP
• Expert Python, PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, CloudFormation
• Kubernetes, EKS, GKE container orchestration
• Enterprise hybrid cloud, disaster recovery, L3 incident management
• TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPN, security hardening, ITIL
• BS/MS in computer science or IT
• On-call availability
