Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure GPU marketplace and AI infrastructure operate with exceptional reliability, performance, and security
• Define and maintain service level objectives (SLOs) for job success rates
• Build robust incident response systems and lead post-mortem processes
• Manage capacity across a distributed GPU network and automate resource allocation
• Implement secure rollout and rollback mechanisms, including canary deployments
• Design monitoring and alerting systems for deep infrastructure visibility
• Focus on infrastructure hardening, tenant isolation, and compliance frameworks

Requirements

• Experience architecting and managing large-scale Kubernetes environments
• Proven expertise in site reliability engineering, including defining and monitoring SLOs/SLAs
• Strong automation mindset using infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
• Deep understanding of infrastructure security, secrets management, and KMS
• Experience in capacity planning and cost optimization for distributed systems
• Ability to debug complex distributed systems issues under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating GPU infrastructure or AI/ML platforms at scale
• Background in distributed systems, peer-to-peer networks, or decentralized infrastructure
• Knowledge of multi-tenancy security patterns and container security
• Experience with chaos engineering and resilience testing
• Background at major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) or infrastructure startups
