Senior Site Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives by comparing site performance against network benchmarks and conducting deep dive analyses.
• Act as the "Cost Champion" for the building, leading weekly performance reviews with site leadership.
• Drive Lean transformation by participating in Gemba walks, identifying waste, and leading Kaizen/Kaikaku initiatives.
• Mentor and develop Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in operational excellence and Lean methodologies.
• Own the deployment of EU network initiatives at the site level, ensuring timeline compliance and successful pilot testing.
• Build strong relationships with Site Leaders and Senior Management to align on strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in operations management.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives or continuous improvement projects.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Lean Yellow Belt Certification or above (or ability to certify within 12 months).
• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert within a specific Fulfillment Process.
