Senior Site Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives by comparing site performance against network benchmarks
• Act as the "Cost Champion" for the building, leading weekly performance reviews with site leadership
• Conduct deep dive analysis and present findings to senior leadership to drive action plans
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to provide granular operational insights
• Drive Lean transformation through Gemba walks, Kaizens, and Kaikaku initiatives
• Mentor and develop Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in operational excellence and Lean methodologies
• Own the deployment of EU network initiatives and coordinate multi-site projects
• Build strong relationships with Site Leaders and the Senior Management Team

Requirements

• Experience in operations management
• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives or continuous improvement projects
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
• Proven experience in program or project management
• Lean Yellow Belt Certification or above (or ability to certify within 12 months)
• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert within a specific Fulfillment Process
