Senior Site Manager

About the Company

SMAC is a company specializing in waterproofing and facade work, located in metropolitan France, overseas departments, and internationally. With over 2,000 employees and 60 establishments, SMAC performs more than 10,000 projects annually, covering waterproofing, roofing, cladding, and architectural facades.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct operations from contract award to project handover
• Study and organize construction sites considering planning, human, and material needs
• Ensure safety, profitability, and quality on all sites
• Monitor work execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Manage and organize teams according to site requirements
• Handle administrative and financial follow-up including quotes, invoicing, and budgets
• Manage the closing of projects, including site reception and reserve lifting
• Guarantee safety rules on construction sites
• Manage site managers (conducteurs de travaux)

Requirements

• Bac +3/5 or Engineering degree in Building or Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in building envelope (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades)
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and anticipation skills
