Senior Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise on-site activities to ensure construction and design work meets quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Review architectural and design drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with client requirements
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, coordinating with suppliers and design teams to ensure timely delivery
• Manage suppliers and contractors, including negotiating contracts, reviewing BOQs, and overseeing performance
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with all terms, addressing disputes and securing client sign-offs
• Provide regular reporting on cost performance, site progress, and potential risks
• Maintain accurate documentation of all project-related financial transactions, agreements, and communications

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in site engineering or project management
• Proven experience working within the luxury interiors sector
• Strong expertise in site supervision and managing construction workflows
• Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and specifications
• Experience in supplier and contractor management, including tendering and contract administration
• Excellent skills in project scheduling and timeline management
• Strong reporting and documentation capabilities
