Senior Site Delivery & Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site delivery projects from initial assessment through to operational handover
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
• Conduct site assessments to determine buildability, utility requirements, and permitting needs
• Manage all physical infrastructure works including utilities, electrical, communications, and security systems
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and consultants while managing performance and quotations
• Oversee utility connections and coordinate with local authorities and inspection bodies
• Maintain accurate site delivery budgets and track all infrastructure investments and costs
• Develop repeatable delivery standards and templates to improve global scalability

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering physical infrastructure or site rollout projects
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with external stakeholders
• Experience managing project budgets, quotations, and delivery schedules
• Strong contractor management and supplier oversight experience
• Full clean driver's licence
• Willingness to travel regularly to support site delivery activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience standardising repeatable site delivery processes and templates
• Experience delivering outdoor infrastructure or safety-critical facilities
• Background in utility connections, EV charging, or containerised infrastructure
• Experience working in international project environments or with logistics and customs
