About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Site Acquisition activities, monitoring schedules, deliverables, and area KPIs
- Manage and monitor partner suppliers to ensure quality, deadlines, and performance
- Align with Deployment Project Managers to ensure synergy between project stages
- Interact with clients and internal departments such as Legal, Licensing, Engineering, and Deployment
- Lead negotiations related to site acquisition and manage stakeholder relations
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to increase operational efficiency
- Resolve complex problems and critical cases using creative and viable solutions
- Prepare and track performance indicators and management reports
- Maintain organized and updated project documentation and information
Requirements
- University degree in Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, Law, Project Management, or related fields
- Proven experience in Site Acquisition processes, preferably within the Telecommunications sector
- Experience in supplier management and tracking performance indicators
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate to advanced English is a preferred qualification
- Knowledge of deployment processes, licensing, and real estate documentation is a plus
