Senior Signal & Power Integrity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Server PCB stack up design, SI/PI simulation, and analysis
• Create layout guidelines and perform layout quality checks
• Review electrical validation reports and provide solutions for failure items
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EE, Power, ME, Layout, CE) to design AMD AI product solutions
• Investigate and debug issues related to electrical violations

Requirements

• Master's degree in an Engineering field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the SIPI field
• Proficiency with SI/PI knowledge and related problem analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with TDR/VNA measurement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with simulation tools including Seasim, S2eye, Ansys SIwave/HFSS, Cadence PowerDC, PowerSI/OPI, Keysight ADS, Simplis, and HSpice
