Senior Showroom Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day showroom operations for a 10,000 sq ft location, focusing on revenue growth, margin enhancement, and budget targets
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 11 associates through hiring, training, scheduling, and goal setting
• Supervise daily showroom traffic and assist customers with high-end products including lighting, appliances, and fixtures
• Collaborate with the Senior Branch Manager and Operations Manager on showroom displays and clearance center management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer complaints
• Handle budget activities, review expenses, and represent Ferguson at local industry events

Requirements

• 5 years of prior sales leadership experience
• Experience in Plumbing, Lighting, or Appliance retail sales
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and people effectively across different departments
• Ability to make effective decisions and anticipate customer needs
