Senior Sheditor

Responsibilities

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media video formats and editing techniques
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines
• Attend creative brainstorms and team meetings to contribute ideas and design strategy
• Mentor Creators, Creator Residents, Art Directors, and Copywriters on best practices and execution

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional creative experience across various media platforms
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, preferably in advertising or digital media
• Solid understanding of video production techniques including lighting, framing, and audio
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Extraordinary content creation skills from start to finish, including motion design
• Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
