Senior SharePoint Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations and project progress for highly talented teams
• Manage the Division's Information Technology (IT) and IT Security Program
• Assist in requirements, analysis, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Enterprise SharePoint projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the SharePoint team
• Oversee IT Operations team activities to ensure operational continuity
• Provide oversight for remote and on-site support until incidents are resolved
• Perform root cause and mitigation analysis post-incident within 24 hours
• Manage site-wide organizational settings, permissions, and data migrations
• Perform SharePoint platform maintenance, including installing/upgrading and creating libraries
• Provide SharePoint support and end-user training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 10 years administrating SharePoint farms (on-premise or SharePoint Online/O365)
• 7+ years in application support or IT operations
• 3+ years managing teams of 10+ people
• PMP or CSM certifications
• Experience coordinating data migrations and site/content creation
• Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS
• Experience leading teams focused on SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Salesforce
• Experience with SharePoint Records or Document Management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing and administrating SharePoint servers in Azure/O365 cloud
• Strong front-end website development experience
