About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, vision, and phased roadmap for the core Sales Force Automation (SFA) platform.
  • Conduct user research with sales and operations teams to understand workflows and pain points.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, PRDs, user stories, and wireframing.
  • Design key product domains such as Account Management, Pipeline Management, and Mobile Experience.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of releases.
  • Partner with GTM teams to drive product adoption, training, and successful rollouts.
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics to guide iterative improvements and business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of SaaS product management experience.
  • 2+ years of direct experience managing CRM or SFA products through their full lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in product design tools such as Axure, Figma, or Mockplus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Solution Selling).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling an SFA/CRM product from 0 to 1.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in sales, such as predictive analytics or conversational intelligence.
  • Technical background with the ability to discuss implementation feasibility with engineering teams.
  • Prior experience in a sales or sales operations role.
  • Experience at a major tech company or leading B2B SaaS vendor.
